Day 1: Pick-up and Hargeisa City Tour

Arrive in Hargeisa and transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided city tour, visiting key sites including:

• The War Memorial, featuring a unique monument — a crashed MIG fighter plane

• The bustling Gold Market

• The traditional Camel Market

Overnight: Damal Hotel or similar

Day 2: Hargeisa – Dhagah-Kure – Borama – Return to Hargeisa

After breakfast, drive eastward, passing through Arabsiyo and its fertile valleys on the way to Gabiley, known as the breadbasket of Somaliland for its rich agricultural lands.
Visit the rock art site of Dhagah Khoure, then continue to Borama for lunch and sightseeing.
Return to Hargeisa in the afternoon.

Day 3: Hargeisa – Laas Geel – Berbera

After breakfast, drive to the Laas Geel caves, home to vivid rock paintings dating back over 5,000 years. These are among the best-preserved prehistoric artworks in Africa.
Continue on to Berbera, a historic coastal town known for its Ottoman and British colonial architecture.

Overnight: Maansoor Berbera Hotel or similar

Day 4: Berbera – Sheikh – Hargeisa

After breakfast, enjoy a short morning tour of Berbera, then travel through the scenic Sheikh Mountains, offering panoramic views of the plains below.
Stop in Sheikh to visit the ruins of Ferdusa, an ancient city dating back to the 16th century.
Continue the journey back to Hargeisa.

Day 5: Departure
