Day One Drive Addis Ababa -Hawassa

Welcome to Ethiopia, You will meet our staff at the hotel or at the airport then we will be driving to you  south from Addis Ababa to Hawassa. On the way you have a chance to visit Abijatta-Shalla National Park. It contains 887 square kilometers including Abijatta and Shalla two alkaline lakes. The habitat of Abijatta-Shalla National Park contains open grasslands, dry savannas, arid shrub lands and that were dominated by Acacia trees, which include umbrella thorn acacias, red acacias and gum acacias. You will see Grant’s gazelles, Common Warthogs, the park is also home to 300 species of birds that are listed as endemics, residents, and migratory. Common Ostriches and Somali Ostriches are mostly common for their breeding.

Day Two Drive Hawassa to Addis Ababa and Departure

After having your breakfast you will be beheading to visit the local Fish Market, a boat trip to watch Hippopotamus, and bird watching at Amora Gedele then drive to Addis Ababa Ethnological Museum houses anthropological, musicological and cultural objects. The Ethnological Museum is the first university museum in Ethiopia. The Museum is located in the main Campus of Addis Ababa University which houses the Institute of Ethiopian Studies and it was the former palace of Emperor Haile Selassie.
