The Hands On Harvest

If traveling during the harvest season, try your hand at carefully selecting only the perfectly ripe, deep-red coffee cherries. You will then observe the traditional water-washing and sun-drying processes on raised bamboo beds.

The Ancient Ritual

Enjoy a rustic farm-to-table lunch before experiencing the grand finale. You will wash green coffee beans, roast them by hand over glowing charcoal, grind them using a traditional wooden mortar and pestle, and watch them brew inside a black clay Jebena.
